Now batting:
your kid.

A real announcer voice calls their name, their song hits — their actual song, from Thunderstruck to Taylor Swift, or an original anthem with their name in the lyrics — and a seven-year-old floats to the plate like it's Game 7.

Sound on 🔊 — you'll hear real 30-second song previews, clean versions only. This demo uses a simple practice announcer; the real app comes with a professional announcer voice. And if the field has no signal, backup music keeps every walk-up going.

    Sound familiar?

    Every team does walk-up music.
One parent pays for it — in sanity.

    The phone juggle

Six innings deep in somebody's personal Spotify queue, hunting for the right song while their own kid is up at the plate.

    The rolling speaker

The suitcase speaker is at 12% battery, paired to the wrong phone, and somehow playing the warm-up playlist again.

    The kid without a song

Teams that skip it have players who notice. Every kid on the other bench got an entrance. Theirs was silence.

Parents hate running it. Teams do it anyway — because kids love it.
So we made it run itself.

    How it works

Set it up once. Showtime all season.

    1

    Every kid picks their song

Tap a hit off the popular walk-ups list, search the full catalog with 30-second previews — clean versions, always — or generate a custom anthem with their name in the lyrics. Names, numbers, and positions take about as long as finding parking.

    2

    Cue the announcer

We generate a booth-quality intro for every player — name, number, position, called exactly like the big leagues — and save it to your phone so it works at any field, even with zero bars.

    3

    Play ball

On game day, one big tap plays the announcer and the music through the speaker you already own. Or add the Charm and don't even tap.

    The announcer

A real voice from the booth

Not a robot reading a name — a rich, real-deal PA voice that takes eight-year-olds exactly as seriously as All-Stars. Every kid on the roster gets the same star treatment, with a pronunciation check so Visser never comes out wrong.

These samples use a simple practice voice — the real app comes with professional announcer voices that sound like the big leagues.

    Anthem Studio

An original hype song composed for your kid, their name in the lyrics — in about a minute.

Ready in about a minute. Every anthem is a brand-new original song — not a copy of anyone else's.

    Custom anthems

    Their name.
    In the song.

Some kids don't want somebody else's song. Pick the vibe — heavy country stomp, stadium trap, arena rock, boss-battle epic — tell us one fun fact, and we compose an original walk-up with their name in the lyrics. Try it right here, right now, then save one to any player in Music & Roster.

    • An original song — no licensing worries, cleared for the ballpark.
    • And yes: we can put it on Spotify and Apple Music, so grandma can stream the world premiere.
    • The family keeps 100% — pay once, no royalty cut.

    The charm

    Steps in.
    Music hits.

Teams already sell bling necklaces at the snack bar. The Charm is a 3D-printed piece for that chain with a big-league secret inside: a tiny chip that knows when your player walks up to the plate — and cues their intro automatically. No phone fumbling. No taps. Just the walk, the voice, and the music.

    • Printed in team colors, built for the necklaces kids already wear.
    • The battery lasts all season. No charging, no pairing, no fuss.
    • No Charm? No problem — the manual tap is free forever.

    Questions from the stands

    FAQ

Does my Bluetooth speaker work with this?

If your phone can play music through it, BatterUp can. There's no special hardware for the core product — it's an app playing audio through whatever speaker the team already owns, rolling suitcase included.

Is the music licensed and legit?

The song search and 30-second previews come straight from Apple's music catalog and are there to help you pick songs. Playing music over a speaker at a game works the way it always has — many parks, schools, and leagues already carry music licenses, and most volunteer, free-admission youth games are exempt under U.S. copyright law. Custom Anthems skip the question entirely: they're brand-new original songs made just for your player, cleared to play anywhere.

Our field has zero cell service. Now what?

Designed for it. Announcer intros and anthems are made at setup and saved to your phone, so Game Day works with zero bars. Song previews need signal to stream — when there isn't any, built-in backup music and your anthems still play, so no kid ever walks up to silence.

    What about my kid's privacy?

BatterUp is adults-only by design: coaches and parents run everything, kids never have accounts or logins. We store the minimum a lineup needs — first name, number, position — rosters are private to your team, there are no ads and no trackers, and you can delete everything anytime.

How does the announcer get our name right?

At setup you listen to every intro. If a name comes out wrong, respell it how it sounds — “VISS-er” — and regenerate until it's perfect. It's saved once and plays that way all season.

Can we really put a custom anthem on Spotify?

Really. Pay once and your player's anthem goes live on Spotify, Apple Music, and 20+ other music stores within a few days — and the family keeps 100% of the rights and royalties.

What does the Charm actually do?

It's a 3D-printed charm for the game-day necklace with a tiny Bluetooth chip inside. The app knows who's due up; when that player's Charm gets close to the plate, their intro plays automatically. The battery lasts the whole season, and if you'd rather not buy it, the big manual button is free forever.

Season's over — do we lose everything?

No. Your roster, intros, and anthems stay in your account for next season, and anthems are the family's to keep no matter what.
